Meridian Flow Yoga is a therapeutic, flowing form of yoga, based on the Five Elements and the Meridian systems of the body

Join Angela for 5 weeks of Meridian Flow morning practice to connect with yourself through moving, breathing and harmonising Qi flow in your body. 

 Each week we will focus on specific Meridians and use Acupressure points to enhance well being and relaxation.

The classes will be recorded, so if you aren't able to make the live class you have paid for, you will receive the recording after.
